Climate control, WiFi and a kitchen in the room and the lovely bed. Good value for the continental breakfast with various options. Outstanding staff and favourable location just off the Manor House, and a local supermarket.

Exceptional and clean place, pleasant view over the gardens. Continental breakfast with fruit, slices of fresh bread and meats. Unbeatable location in the fairly nice area, so close to centre, and the bmw academy. Plus, 10 minutes drive from St Mary the Virgin Church.

The breakfast was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the bar where it was served. The HOTel was in the countryside setting on the toasting station. Hot dishes were served at the a la carte restaurant. Our stay was good value.

Excellent place for discovering Reading with professional staff on their service. Savoury and hot breakfast - cereal, pastries, fruit, cheese, and bread. - A recently renovated and reasonably priced hotel, my first choice in Reading. Rewritten: the hotel is a great place to explore Reading, and the staff are very professional. - the breakfast offered includes a variety of savory and hot options like cereal, pastries, fruit, cheese, and bread. - I found the hotel to be recently renovated and reasonably priced, making it my top choice in Reading.

The location near the golf course and park made it easy to walk with the dogs.
Photos before booking create the impression of a home, which, unfortunately, was not. The hotel was loud and uncomfortable and has the charm of a station hall.

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Reading, had much fun and met attentive and active staff on one member of staff cooking. The property was set in a beautiful area.

The location in the middle of the golf course is unique. The good opening hours in the pool, which is very large and visually also very appealing, made a very early and late swimming possible.
The showers in the pool area were already dirty at 7:45. There are no loungers available to relax after a visit to the sauna. It was not easy to find a parking place, although many are available. ATM did not work (but all in all it is a good idea to place ATM in the hotel)

Top breakfast, both English Breakfast and Continental. There are three different houses, as were in the Wellington house, here rooms and furnishings were modern, very clean and with great beds / mattresses. Very attentive, friendly and accommodating staff, excellent kitchen (also in the bar). Great pool area, fair green fee!
everything was fine, we were completely satisfied!

The location is lovely out in the countryside surrounded by a golf course.
Our room was tired with shabby upholstery, room was cold when we returned during the evening after a meal out with family with no facility to adjust the temperature and expensive bar drinks. We tried this hotel as an alternative to the Apollo at Basingstoke where we usually stay when visiting family and we have decided to use the Apollo for future visits.
